Sierra Leone Nurses Association Minnesota
We are a group nurses of Sierra Leone origin practicing and residing in Minnesota. We aim to reduce health disparities by empowering our members to make informed health care decisions and help them get access to health resources in the community.
We also sponsor health care initiatives in Sierra Leone with the goal of improving health care delivery in the country.

Our Mission
Our mission is to reduce health disparities by promoting health and wellness through education, advocacy and the provision of services in our communities in USA and Sierra Leone.
Our Programs
Health & Wellness Fair
Our annual Health & Wellness Fair brings together members of the community and health care agencies to promote wellness
Senior Outreach Program
Our Senior Outreach Program aims to reduce social isolation, improve health literacy and empower seniors to take care of their own health.
Youth Health Program
We help youth discover healthy behaviors that will help them succeed and become responsible members of their communities.
International Health Support
We support the improvement of health institutions and personnel in developing countries, particularly in Sierra Leone.
